Our Services

    Our Patient Recall service is done from my home office and is not farmed out in any way.
    We are a personal service.
    We are an extension of your office.
    We have multiple phone lines, postage meters, fax lines, computers, broadband internet and VPN capability.
    We schedule appointments, verify and update addresses, insurance information and phone numbers.
    We are familiar with all insurances and how they work.
    We work directly with your office staff.
    We re-activate old files and keep the current ones up to date and we get your patients back in your office.
    We are public relations for your office.
    If a patient hasn't returned to your office, We find out why and try to get them to come back.
    All information is passed on to the doctor and kept confidential.
    Sending out reminder cards just does not work - you need a personal touch to make a difference.
    The computer age makes it easy to forget about real communication.
    We are 1099'd as an outside service. We pay for the phone calls. The only cost to you outside of our weekly service fee would be for postage and recall cards.
    Our cost is cheaper than hiring a full-time employee.

Why Not?

What is the difference between our services and others out there? Our service is a "personal service". There are no automated messages or generic post-cards sent to your patients. We are not telemarketers. We are providing a personal touch to your customer relations and letting every one of your patients know how much you and your staff care about them.

Why not do it in house? Your office staff has enough to do greeting patients, pulling charts and dealing with issues that arise. There is not enough time in the day to do everything. All we do is this.

Costs? You don't have to pay us a benefits package, sick time, overtime or any other benefits. We are an outside service and therefore we are 1099'd. Our service is very cost-effective. Please call us regarding our fee.

What do I do? Schedule appointments, update patient files, generate new patients and "soft collections". We do everything needed to run an efficient and successful office so that your office staff can focus on what they do best "providing quality customer service" to every patient that walks through your door.
