Something to think about... High Touch: Not High Tech In a world of ever-changing technology where the emphasis is more and more on speed, we must remember the importance of PEOPLE. Where are we rushing to? Why are we rushing? What will we do when we get there? Who are we rushing with, and how much will it cost? The strength of private practice is to focus on the human element and stress the importance of people and warm, friendly service. High Touch, Not High Tech. Rush to deliver the highest value and quality in your office. Rush to be the first to show you care. Technology was supposed to make our lives easier and give us more free time. But in many ways, it hasn't. often, profit is made or lost in the details, and it is always people who handle the details. People sell, not technology. People give superior service, not technology. People communicate: Technology is just a tool to facilitate communication. You can take away all the technology and still do business. You cannot take away people and do business. Without people, you have no one to make the transaction or the purchase. There is a saying: "I don't care what you say until you show me how much you care." Show you care and put people back into the equation. |
